A simple four-step process from order confirmation to a fully configured workstation
Order Confirmation
Once your consultation is complete and products are selected, we confirm every detail of your order including quantities, delivery address and preferred assembly date.
Secure Packaging
Every item is individually wrapped in protective foam and packed in reinforced cartons. Chairs are partially disassembled to prevent transit damage and shipped with all necessary hardware.
Nationwide Shipping
We deliver to every province in South Korea through our logistics partners. Standard orders arrive within 3 to 5 business days. Bulk and commercial orders receive priority scheduling.
Assembly and Adjustment
For eligible orders, our technicians assemble chairs and desks on-site and calibrate every adjustment, including lumbar depth, armrest height, seat tilt and monitor position, to the user.

Our technicians arrive with the tools, knowledge and time needed to assemble each product according to manufacturer specifications. Once the physical build is complete, they walk through every adjustable parameter with the user: seat height, armrest width, lumbar pressure, tilt tension and recline lock. The result is a workstation that fits one specific person, not a generic factory default.

This process covers seat pan depth relative to thigh length, lumbar support curve matched to the natural curvature of the lower back, armrest height aligned with relaxed elbow position and monitor distance calibrated for the user's visual preferences.
For team and venue installations, we run calibration for each individual player or station operator. The entire process typically takes 15 to 20 minutes per station, and the difference it makes in comfort and posture alignment is significant from the very first session.

Redot assigns a dedicated logistics coordinator to every commercial order who manages scheduling, delivery sequencing and installation timelines so that your operation experiences minimal downtime during the upgrade process.
We coordinate directly with your venue management to plan delivery windows that avoid peak operating periods. For multi-room installations, our team works in stages so that sections of the venue can remain operational while others are being upgraded. All packaging materials are removed on-site and recycled through our waste management partners.
