Terms of Service

Please read these terms carefully before placing an order or using any part of our website or services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Redot website, browsing our product catalogue, submitting a consultation request or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, venue operators and professional esports organisations that interact with Redot in any capacity. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of our website and services immediately.

2. About Redot

Redot is a South Korean supplier of ergonomic gaming recovery equipment, operating from Mukgye-ri, Cheongam-myeon, Hadong-gun, South Gyeongsang Province. We supply ergonomic chairs, wrist supports, input devices, posture accessories and full station setups to individual players, professional esports organisations and commercial PC bang venues across South Korea. Our services also include ergonomic consultation, workstation assessment and educational webinars.

3. Orders and Purchasing

All orders placed through Redot are subject to availability and confirmation. Submitting an order does not constitute a binding contract until Redot issues a written order confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability or suspected fraudulent activity. Prices are listed in Korean Won (KRW) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to amend pricing without prior notice; however, confirmed orders will always be fulfilled at the price agreed at the time of confirmation.

Bulk orders for commercial venues require a separate quotation process. Pricing discussed during a consultation session is valid for thirty days unless otherwise specified in writing.

4. Delivery and Risk

Redot ships to all provinces across South Korea. Estimated delivery timeframes are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for products pass to the buyer upon delivery to the specified address. For bulk commercial orders, a dedicated logistics coordinator will be assigned and delivery scheduling will be agreed in advance. Redot is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including carrier disruptions, natural events or public holidays.

5. Warranties and Product Quality

All products sold by Redot are covered by a manufacturer warranty as specified in the product documentation included with each item. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions. It does not cover damage resulting from misuse, unauthorised modification, accidental damage or normal wear and tear. Warranty claims must be submitted within the warranty period and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Redot may, at its discretion, offer repair, replacement or store credit as a resolution.

6. Consultation and Advisory Services

Ergonomic consultations provided by Redot are advisory in nature. Recommendations are based on the information provided by the client at the time of assessment. Individual results may vary depending on usage habits, physical condition and adherence to ergonomic guidance. Redot does not provide medical advice, and any ergonomic recommendations should not be treated as a substitute for professional medical or physiotherapy consultation.

7. Intellectual Property

All content published on the Redot website, including but not limited to text, images, product descriptions, logos, brand assets and structural design, is the exclusive property of Redot or its licensed content providers. Reproduction, redistribution or commercial use of any site content without prior written permission from Redot is strictly prohibited. Unauthorised use may result in legal action.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable South Korean law, Redot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from the purchase or use of our products or services. Our total liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

9. Changes to These Terms

Redot reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be published on this page and take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of our website or services following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in South Gyeongsang Province, South Korea.
